Here at Sim Imaging we offer a comprehensive courier delivery option across the whole of the UK as well as a range of international deliveries as well. If you are unable to see a suitable option for your delivery here or if you are unsure on whether delivery is possible to your location please feel free to get in contact with us directly. We send all of our products on a next working day service to UK Mainland from as little as £5.95+VAT depending on the product selected.
We only dispatch all of our orders via a tracked, dedicated courier service. This enables customers to track their parcel online and submit additional instructions to the courier and drivers directly. Safe delivery of all your personalised products is our number one priority, which is why we only offer a signature service and can assist you directly with tracking your parcel via email or over the phone.
Our courier shipment offers a convenient next working day service that is fully trackable online with DPD, and you will receive a delivery time slot that you can expect your parcel to arrive in. DPD delivers all of our UK orders and is our standard courier service. Deliveries are completed Monday to Friday typically between 9am and 6pm.
Our products have production turnarounds from 5 to 10 working days depending on their size and spec. Our dedicated product pages will give you more information on their individual turnaround times. Once finished in production, your order will be dispatched with our reliable couriers, and you will be able to track your parcel throughout its journey until delivery.
You will receive two emails:
- When the parcel leaves us.
- Confirming a dedicated delivery time slot in which your parcel will arrive.
The courier service usually issues an hour window for arrival, and requires a signature, please ensure someone is there to sign for the parcel. The courier will also contact you directly via email or text should you wish to add additional delivery instructions, leave with a neighbour or collect from a local pick up store.
Please note, when shipping orders to the channel islands (inc. Jersey and Guernsey), Europe and the rest of the world, we are required to provide a commercial invoice with your parcel due to custom duty regulations. Typically the commercial invoice will include details of the following: Who has manufactured and shipped the order, the delivery address and a detailed description of the product including the costs.
This applies to any shipments going to the channel islands, europe and the rest of the world.
White label service
Sim offers a white label service as standard on every parcel. Invoices are sent via email at the time of ordering, and are not printed or included in the packaging. Any promotional material from Sim is only included if the billing and shipping address match for receipt by the photographer.
Is it possible to order more than one item at a time?
It is possible to order multiple items for delivery when at the checkout. Add up to 3 items to your basket before completing your payment at the checkout.
Is it possible to Combine Deliveries?
It is not possible to request to combine deliveries by phone, email or via the special instructions box. Your order will only be dispatched once all components are complete so they can be packaged together, please bear this in when combining 5 day and 10 day products. You cannot combine orders already in production, and once your order has been submitted to production for print, it is not possible to cancel the order.
Can I combine a Sim Imaging order with another Sim brand order?
It is not possible to combine the delivery of products from Sim Imaging with Sim Lab, Sim Express or Sim Frame orders.
Is my delivery guaranteed to arrive the next day?
While our couriers offer a fantastic service and next working day delivery to the mainland UK, unfortunately this is not guaranteed. Whilst they endeavour to do our best, there can be delays due to reasonable circumstances out of their control. Should you struggle to track your parcel, please get in touch with us directly as we work closely with our local courier representatives to assist with locating your delivery.
My parcel has arrived damaged, who should I contact?
If your parcel is damaged whilst in transit please let us know directly within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage in question. You can send these to our dispatch team for investigation via email to [email protected] and we can then contact you directly with a resolution.
Whilst every step is taken both by us and our courier service to ensure express delivery, this service is not guaranteed. Sim Imaging cannot be held liable for any consequential losses incurred where deliveries are delayed.
Can I Ship direct to my client?
Yes. When placing your order please specify your client’s delivery address in the delivery address fields. All parcels are dispatched as white label as standard, so please ensure you enter your clients address in the designated delivery address section, not the order comments or special instructions. Always ensure you enter your own email address in all sections as all invoices are sent via email once the order is placed.
Can you ship internationally to Europe & rest of the world?
We can ship to many different countries with some exceptions, and prices and delivery times will vary. Enter your delivery country and address at the checkout and your courier costs will be calculated based on weight. Should your option not be on the list, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Are custom or import charges included in the price of International orders?
No. The price of shipping only covers the cost of the courier transportation costs, any import tax or customs duties are to be paid by the recipient.
